This Privacy Policy explains how OneKeepr (“OneKeepr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our retail operations platform and related services (the “Service”). Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide the Service, including:

  • Account information— such as your name, email address, and business details, used to create and manage your account.
  • Store and catalog data— product, inventory, order, vendor, and sales information from the commerce platforms you connect, used to power syncing, reporting, and inventory features.
  • Usage information— basic technical data about how the Service is accessed and used, to operate, secure, and improve it.

Google User Data

If you choose to connect a Google account, OneKeepr requests access to your Google Merchant Center through Google’s content scope. We use this access for a single purpose: to publish and manage your own product listings in Google Shopping on your behalf. Specifically, we create and update the product data sources and product listings in the Merchant Center account you select, and read them back to confirm your data was received correctly.

We access Google user data only to provide this feature to you. You can revoke OneKeepr’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting Google within the Service.

Limited Use of Google User Data

OneKeepr’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Synchronize inventory and product data between the platforms you connect;
  • Generate reports, analytics, and inventory insights for your business;
  • Publish your product listings to connected channels at your direction;
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Service;
  • Secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with the commerce and advertising platforms you choose to connect, to sync and publish your data at your direction, and with trusted third-party service providers who help us host and run the Service under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may disconnect any connected platform (including Google) at any time, which revokes our access going forward. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@onekeepr.com; we will delete or anonymize your data except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
