Set up and run OneKeepr on BigCommerce
OneKeepr connects your Square point of sale to your BigCommerce store and keeps your catalog, inventory, costs, and vendors accurate — automatically. This guide covers installation and everyday use.
Installation guide
You will need a BigCommerce store, a Square account, and admin access to both. Installation takes a few minutes.
Install from the BigCommerce App Marketplace
On the OneKeepr listing, click Install. BigCommerce opens a single-click authorization screen inside your store control panel — no manual API keys or tokens to copy.
Approve the permissions
Review and accept the permissions OneKeepr requests (products, inventory, and orders). These let OneKeepr keep your catalog and stock accurate. Installation completes and OneKeepr opens inside your control panel.
Connect your Square account
From the OneKeepr dashboard, click Connect Square and sign in to your Square account. This links your in-store point of sale to your BigCommerce store.
Run your first catalog sync
Choose whether to bring existing products in from Square, from BigCommerce, or both. OneKeepr matches products by SKU and builds one clean catalog so you are not managing the same item in two places.
Confirm inventory is in step
Make a test sale or stock change in Square and watch the matching BigCommerce stock update. Your 7-day free trial starts automatically — no credit card required.
Make sure you are signed in as a store owner or an authorized user with app permissions. If Square does not connect, disconnect and try again from the OneKeepr dashboard, or email support@onekeepr.com.
